We offer a 30-day return policy for all our smart locks, entry doors, and armored doors from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the original packaging with all included accessories
- Uninstalled and in brand-new condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any damage, scratches, or signs of use
Important Note
Custom doors and specially ordered products may have different return conditions. Please contact our customer service team before returning custom items.
Refund Process
How Refunds Work
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

Shipping & Handling

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items like smart locks and security doors.
Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.
